Welcome to Xirimbao, where Freedom and Naturalness are the Essence.
We are a small brand of sandals and accessories made of natural fibers such as raffia and linen, handmade in different countries, mainly Morocco and Madagascar ... We work hand in hand with artisans and workshops that provide us with their products and give life to our own designs.
Our beginnings date back to 2019, in a personal quest to bring together different passions and concerns in a single project.
To be free, independent, to create, to design and to be in contact with nature. This search led us to create and find products with which we felt aesthetically and philosophically in tune and to make them available to others.
Our commitment is the creation and passionate search for products that reflect the beauty of the simple and the natural, and through them we advocate a lifestyle that understands true luxury as the absence of haste, the time shared in good company and carefully dedicated to oneself, the reunion with the simple pleasures that have always been there and that connect us with our essence.
THE PRODUCT
The natural raffia is worked in Madagascar through an artisanal process from the collection of the palm leaf, through its dyeing and then its manufacture for the realization of bags, hats, baskets ... raffia is also traditionally worked in Morocco in the manufacture of shoes, slippers, sandals and baskets. The know-how of these craftsmen is exceptional, resulting in beautiful products that keep the value of handmade in a sustainable and natural way at the wise rhythm of their hands.
Linen is a unique fabric that offers a number of benefits that make it exceptional. Despite its soft and delicate texture, linen is surprisingly resilient and has thermoregulatory properties, which means that it adapts to room temperature and on hot days, it can be used in a variety of ways. provides freshness, and lightness allowing the skin to breathe, while on cooler days, it provides warmth.
Flax is an excellent choice for people with sensitive skin, as it is naturally hypoallergenic and less prone to cause irritation and even requires less water and pesticides compared to other textile crops making it an environmentally friendly option.
